Instead of whisking the empty dog bag out to the garbage, I let it lay open on the ground and Tootsie stuffed herself inside it and did not stop until she had licked it absolutely clean. Lesson from today: even the smallest kindness can be a source of great joy. See those moments and act on them. Also, take pictures.
